Refunds and Replacement Policy
Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
Please note refunds / replacements are valid within a 14 day period only!
If your order arrives damaged or defective please send us a photo immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
*For a replacement / refund of the damaged / faulty item:
1. Advise us if you would prefer to have the item collected (we will then arrange a prepaid shipping label to be emailed to you. NB - a printer will be required) or you could drop off the item at your local parcel shop.
2. A replacement item will then be dispatched with item tracking provided
3. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of items
*(Exclusions) - there will be no refund if:
- You no longer want the item (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, or just change your mind)
